A facilitated planning process for local music workforce and infrastructure

Bring the people who make local recordings into one room. Pay them for their knowledge. Leave with a plan the city can act on.

What it is

The Local Recording Ecosystem Design Lab is a one or two-day facilitated visioning, mapping, and planning workshop that brings local music stakeholders together to map their recording ecosystem.

It brings together musicians, artists, producers, engineers, studio owners, educators, music organizations, and public partners to identify what the local recording ecosystem needs and to determine practical ways to strengthen it.

Start with the local question

Tell us about the city or region, the organizations involved, and the recording-workforce or infrastructure question you are trying to answer.
