What the Institute Does

  • Maintain and develop the Certificate of Embodied Production (CEP), a process-based certification standard for sound recordings.

  • Document and evaluate recording practices through pilot sessions and standards review.

  • Support public understanding of musical form as an embodied, time-bound practice.

About The Certificate

The Certificate of Embodied Production is currently in pilot development and validation. Public certification is not yet open.

The Certificate of Embodied Production does not evaluate artistic quality, genre, or commercial merit. It verifies defined aspects of the recording process only.
